Help shape the future of CF support

5 July 2021

CFNZ exists for you, the CF community. Tell us what is important to you, and help shape the future services of CFNZ.

We'd appreciate your input into our 2021 Insight Survey: there’s one for people with CF (over 15 years of age), and another for parents and care givers.

To start the surveys, click:

  • Here if you live with cystic fibrosis
  • Here if you are a parent / partner / whānau member

We would love to hear from as many people in our community as possible, so we’d encourage you to send this on to parents / caregivers / partners / whānau members who might be happy to share their thoughts too.

If you complete the survey before midnight Sunday 18th July 2021, and you share your name at the end of the survey, you will be entered into the draw for a $500 spot prize.

About the CFNZ Insight Survey

The survey findings will be used by CFNZ to update the organisation’s Strategic Plan, assess the impact of our services, identify any service gaps and make amendments to optimise quality of life for people with Cystic Fibrosis and their families.

Whichever survey is appropriate for you will take about 15 minutes to complete, depending on how much you have to say. The survey is anonymous and voluntary. Whether you answer the survey or not will not affect your access to CFNZ’s services in any way.

More than one person can answer the survey using the same link. You just need to finish answering the first one before you can start on a new one.

Should you have any questions please contact Tony on 021 197 2127 or tony@point.co.nz or Jane Bollard at CFNZ on 021 283 0051 or ceo@cfnz.org.nz.

A summary of the research will be made available on the CFNZ website (www.cfnz.org.nz) in August.
You can also withdraw your response from the research at any time until we write up the study’s results (starting end of July 2021). To withdraw from the study let Tony (the Researcher) know that you wish to withdraw. Tony’s contact details are above.
