Research project focuses on wellbeing of siblings

2 July 2019

Katie Armstrong from Massey University is researching the needs of siblings of people with chronic conditions such as cystic fibrosis.

The research aims to identify the unmet needs of siblings and will be valuable in the development of services that protect the wellbeing of siblings, including the amazing brothers and sisters of PWCF.

We encourage siblings to complete the 5–10 minute survey if you:

  • are aged 16 or over
  • have a sibling or someone like a sibling to you (cousin, whāngai) diagnosed with CF at least one year ago
  • were living with them when they were diagnosed.

Find out more and complete the survey

CFNZ is excited to support Katie as part of our commitment to research and working towards a better quality of life for PWCF and their families.
