Cystic Fibrosis is NZ's most common life-threatening inherited disease and the CF Association is the only national organisation dedicated to all aspects of the condition.

The Creon Achiever Awards

The Creon Achiever Awards are sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim, distributors of Creon products. The awards are made annually to CF persons as recognition of their optimism, perseverance and achievement in a wide range of endeavours. Anyone with CF resident in New Zealand is eligible to apply or be nominated for an award. Applications close 1 March each year, and the award categories are:

  • Leadership
  • Arts
  • Sports
  • Tertiary Education

Awards will be between $500 and $2500 at the discretion of the Board of Reference. An award recipient may apply for an award in a different category, but is ineligible for further awards in the same category for 2 years.
